In order to qualify for the In-Parish Rate, a family must be registered parishioners of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church or another Catholic Church, attend mass on Sundays on a regular basis, make verifiable financial contributions to the parish, and support the parish and/or school ministries with their time and talent.
